Native Pet, a leading clean-label pet supplement brand available in over 13,000 retail locations nationwide, recently named Ariel Stoddard as its first Chief Marketing Officer.
The hire marks a deliberate step in Native Pet’s evolution from category challenger to fully scaled consumer brand. Stoddard will lead Native Pet’s marketing strategy as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Stoddard joins from MeUndies, where she served as President. Prior to that, she was SVP, General Manager at Fabletics, where she helped scale the brand into a globally recognized direct-to-consumer leader. She is known for operating at the intersection of brand and performance marketing, building consumer love while driving measurable business results, and brings that same approach to Native Pet as the company accelerates demand across retail and digital channels.
“Ariel is exactly the kind of leader we’ve been looking for as we take Native Pet to the next level,” said CEO and co-founder Dan Schaefer. “She has built brands that consumers genuinely love while delivering real business results, and that combination of brand vision and performance rigor is exactly what we need as we continue to grow our retail presence and reach more pet parents nationwide. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the team.”
Since its founding in 2017, Native Pet has worked to raise the standard for quality, safety, and transparency in an industry often defined by inconsistency and limited ingredient visibility. That commitment is reflected in milestones like the 2025 Clean Label Project certification of The Daily, one of the most widely distributed pet supplements in the U.S., verified against more than 150 contaminants. Stoddard will be charged with bringing that standard of quality to the attention of a much wider audience
Native Per offers a line of premium pet supplements made with clean, responsibly sourced ingredients and backed by scientific research, including guidance from its in-house Board Certified Veterinary Nutritionist. The brand is committed to improving the quality, safety, and efficacy of pet supplements. Native Pet products are available in over 13,000 retail locations nationwide, including pet specialty, natural grocery, and mass retailers.
