At Pet Wellbeing, we always say that we are enthusiastic pet lovers who live and breathe the pet parent lifestyle. Our camera rolls are basically 90% pet photos, and today, we just couldn”t keep this level of cuteness to ourselves.
We are absolutely thrilled to introduce the newest, fluffiest addition to our extended Pet Wellbeing family: Pfeffernusse!
The Pup behind the Name
Pfeffernusse (yes, named after the tiny, spiced holiday cookie!) is an adorable Shih Tzu-Cavapoo mix. She was recently adopted by Kaison, our wonderful Customer Communication & Engagement Coordinator in Customer Service.
At just 10 weeks old, Pfeffernusse has already taken on the vital role of Chief Morale Officer at home.
A Social Butterfly in Training
Though she’s still brand new to the world, Pfeffernusse already has a massive personality. Kaison tells us she has four absolute favorite things in life:
-
The Great Outdoors: She loves exploring outside, sniffing every single blade of grass like it’s the most exciting thing on earth.
-
Making Best Friends: She has never met a stranger. If you cross paths with her, prepare for immediate, enthusiastic puppy greetings.
-
The Mail Carrier: Her absolute favorite person? The mailman. She is officially on high alert for daily deliveries, ready to offer premium puppy cuddles in exchange for the mail.
-
The Art of the Dig: She has discovered the absolute joy of digging! Whether it’s in the backyard dirt or aggressively “burrowing” into her blankets, she is a pup on a mission.
Let’s take a look at her official onboarding photos:
Photo Exhibit A: The “How Am I This Small?” Phase
Look at those eyes! At 10 weeks old, Pfeffernusse is currently small enough to fit into a sneaker, and she spends a good portion of her day wondering why the human’s socks are so incredibly large and delicious to chew on.
Photo Exhibit B: The Professional Digger
Do not let the pristine fluff fool you. This is the face of a puppy who just realized that the earth contains hidden treasures (or just really fun dirt). If she’s outside, her little paws are likely moving at lightning speed.
Welcome to the Family!
We are so happy for Kaison and so incredibly obsessed with this little 10-week-old bundle of joy. Because at the end of the day, they aren’t just pets—they truly are our family.
