KND Labs president joins NASC board

SUN CITY WEST, ARIZ. — The National Animal Supplement Council (NASC) announced the election of Nich Wilson, president of KND Labs, to its board of directors. As a seasoned leader in the industry, Wilson will bring his expertise in building partnerships, identifying new opportunities and bringing people together to support the NASC and its initiatives.

Wilson has experience working with teams to navigate challenges and find practical solutions within the animal health and human nutrition industries. He has been with KND Labs for more than eight years.

“Nich brings a thoughtful and congenial leadership style to the NASC board of directors and a genuine passion for helping our industry grow responsibly,” said Bill Bookout, president of the NASC. “He understands the importance of quality, innovation and solid relationships, and we are excited to welcome Nich and look forward to the perspective and energy he will bring to our organization and membership.”

Wilson added, “I am genuinely excited to contribute my experience, perspective and commitment to this industry as a member of the NASC board of directors. My goal is to support NASC in continuing to elevate standards, strengthen its voice and ensure it remains a leading organization for decades to come.”

Wilson succeeds Nick Hartog, owner and president of Grand Meadows Nutritional Supplements, Inc., who is retiring from the NASC board after 25 years of service. During his tenure with the NASC, Hartog served as a fierce advocate for improving animal supplement standards and advancing the council’s mission.

“Hartog’s insightful leadership, valuable perspective and unwavering commitment to NASC and the industry helped to cement a legacy that will not be forgotten,” the NASC shared.

Wilson’s three-year board term began upon his election this past month.
